Conflict zones are usually transmitted and mediated to us.
Getting the information from these channels often dictates what we see and what we know. Taking from my personal experience as a soldier I know how muddled the reality gets in this places and how what is pleasing to the reporters camera is only a glimpse of what is going on in this places. Life goes on.
Some time even simplified, as one knows his boundaries of existence in a certain space and time, a “privilege” that dose not exist in our global free society. The Mundane Tussle shows pictures from the Maidan revolution in 2014 and from the last days at Calais refugee camp days before it was torn down on Nov 2016.
Looking at the changes that places go trough while “hosting” these events and how some times the human behavior dos not change under the circumstances is a crucial part of understanding the will power standing behind the people who make it all happen.
